Through serving churches, youth, and communities across the United States and internationally, including Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
Since 2014, my wife and I have served at the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus, walking alongside at-risk youth and their families through Loto Ministries Inc.
In 2024, I was able to reach out to the man who shot me and bring him to my church. Together, we stood on stage praising the God who forgave and redeemed us both. Watch this powerful testimony of God's grace.

Evangelist Loto is a true fisherman. He has witnessed to many, taught many, and been a leader to not just the youth but the parents.
Loto has spoken in other countries with evangelistic missions and has an ability to connect cross-culturally. He values and has experience working in partnership and collaboration with the wider body of Christ for the sake of greater kingdom ministry.
